Springhill Vehicle Leasing is a trading name of Springhill Van Sales Ltd whose registered address is 8 Dunvegan Place, Uddingston, Glasgow, North Lanarkshire, G71 7TR and is authorised for consumer credit activities as described in the FCA’s Register. Our Firm’s Reference Number (FRN) is 934024.
Our permitted business is the supply of finance products connected with the hire or purchase of your motor vehicle. You can check this on the Financial Services Register by visiting the FCA’s website at www.fca.org.uk or by contacting the Contact Centre on 0300 500 0597.
About our Finance Services
We are a credit broker and not a lender.
We are not independent financial advisors; we will provide details of products available, but no advice or recommendation will be made. The finance you're offered may cost you more than you could find elsewhere using other lenders' products or services. You must decide whether the finance product is right for you.
We do charge you an Admin Fee of £238.80 inc. VAT (£199 plus VAT) for our services. If you decide to order with us, you will receive a formal quotation. This quotation document will clearly detail any fees that are applicable and payable to us.

COMMISSION:
For your reassurance, we have a panel of funders who provide vehicle finance and leasing products to both commercial and personal customers. We will typically receive commission from them to compensate us for our credit broking services, introducing you to their finance products and services, and helping you with the application and arrangement process. They allow us discretion, within set parameters, to set the amount of the commission that we will receive, and this will have a direct impact on the amount that you pay.
You will receive written Disclosure of Commissions in Relation to Your Finance Agreement, providing the full details of any commission paid which is included in the overall cost of your credit agreement.

We will answer any complaints as quickly as possible but always within eight weeks.
